Trek Bicycle Rentals

Pocono Biking located in downtown Jim Thorpe is open today for hourly and full day bike rentals. Just arrive anytime between 9:30am and 4:30pm to pedal the trail at your own pace. We have a variety of Trek bicycle rentals available for the entire family. Helmets are free with your rental and trail maps are provided to everyone.

BIKE RENTALS – NO SHUTTLE SERVICE

 

This is an unforeseen natural event, and these temporary shuttle and rental restrictions will remain in effect until further notice.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation as we work around this unexpected trail closure.

Important D&L Trail Information – Effective Until Further Notice

Due to a rockslide near Jim Thorpe, a 2-mile section of the D&L Trail is temporarily inaccessible. This means there are some changes to shuttle services and bike rental routes. Please review the information below before your visit.

SHUTTLE CUSTOMERS

  • Your morning shuttle drop-off will operate as scheduled.
  • You will not be able to ride the final 2 miles of the trail into Jim Thorpe.
  • We will have a shuttle waiting for you at Glen Onoko in The Lehigh Gorge State Park to transport you back to our Jim Thorpe store, where your vehicle is parked.

 

BIKE RENTALS (NO SHUTTLE)

  • All hourly and daily bike rentals departing from our downtown Jim Thorpe location are limited to southbound trail travel only.
  • Northbound travel toward White Haven is not permitted without utilizing our shuttle service (available weekends in November).
  • The trail remains fully open south of Jim Thorpe, offering beautiful views of the Lehigh River, historic canal remnants, and surrounding scenery. It’s perfect for an out-and-back ride!
