Here at Pocono Biking, we have Trek and Jamis bicycle rentals to accommodate everyone. Whether you want to ride through the beautiful Lehigh Gorge State Park with comfort or tear it up on the newly restored mountain biking single tracks along the Lehigh Canal, we have a bike for you. Comfort Riding Bikes
Our Trek and Jamis comfort bikes come equipped with a wide, cushioned seat and gears so you can cruise along at the pace you prefer. They also have a variety of tire sizes and have a smoother style tread which makes for a more comfortable ride on gravel trails and pavement.

Pedal Assist E-bikes
Our pedal-assist electric bikes are an excellent option for someone who needs an extra boost. These comfort & hybrid style e-bikes have an upright handlebar, wide comfort seat, and are only available in a step through frame. They are great for novice or expert riders, perfect for keeping up with your friends, or traveling beyond your limits. Our Trek Verve+ series eBikes sport a BOSCH brand powertrain, Purion controller & speedometer, and long lasting batteries. They are all Class 1 ebikes; meaning, the motor provides pedal assistance, no throttle, and can assist up to 20mph. The minimum age to rent an eBike is 13. Please note: E-bikes can NOW be reserved in advance. If you are interested in renting an electric bike, we recommend making reservations as soon as possible by calling us at 570.325.8430.

Mountain Bikes
We offer Trek hardtail mountain bikes with front suspension perfect for the rail-trail and the mellow singletrack terrain found alongside of the main rail-trail. They have a 21-speed range ideal for climbing and speed. The smaller frame sizes have 27.5″ tires to allow for optimal comfort for our shorter riders. The larger frame sizes sport 29″ wheels.

Gravel Bikes
The Jamis Renegade A1 is a great choice for all of our gravel grinders out there. For an additional fee, you can upgrade to one of our gravel bikes. Lightweight and fast, these are performance bicycles designed to put the rider in a more aggressive stance with optimized geometry for pavement, dirt roads, and crushed gravel surfaces.

Youth Bikes
Children’s rental bikes are available in two sizes, 20″ wheels, and 24″ wheels. 20″ wheel bikes are great for beginner riders, ages 4 to 9, who know how to balance. The 24″ wheel bikes are great for kids ages 9 to 12. Check under our Youth Specialty section to see options for any children who do not know how to balance.

Kids Caboose
This option is for your little ones who haven’t quite yet mastered the art of balance. Each attaches to an adult bicycle and would require the rental of one as well. Cabooses are ideal for your toddlers; they can buckle in and sit back, relax, or take a nap in the safety of a netted trailer. Children must be at least 24 months, sit upright unattended, and be able to hold his/her head up while wearing a bicycle helmet.

Aside from our multi-day trips, all bicycle rentals at Pocono Biking are handed out on a first-come, first-served basis. Reservations can be made for a bicycle rental, but it does not guarantee a specific model. A valid ID is required for all rentals.
In addition to our bicycle rentals at Pocono Biking, we also have the following rental accessories available:

Rental accessories are available on a first-come, first-served basis only, Valid ID is required. Accessories cannot be reserved in advance.
