View MapIf you do not have the time or inclination to pedal the whole Lehigh River Gorge Rail Trail, try a midway bike ride on the Upper or Lower Lehigh Gorge Trail. The midway Upper or Lower Lehigh Gorge section of the D&L Rail Trail is a pleasant 10 or 15 mile, 100% gentle downhill ride lasting approximately 2 to 3 hours. This midway biking adventure allows you to arrive later and have a very enjoyable afternoon OR the reverse – ride in the morning and still make that evening engagement. To make it easy for you, bicycle shuttles are provided either at the beginning or end of your ride, depending on the section of trail you choose. You choose either the Upper Gorge Bike Trail, 10 miles from White Haven to Rockport OR The Lower Gorge Rail Trail Bike Trail, 15 miles from Rockport to Jim Thorpe. Upper and Lower Lehigh Gorge Biking Shuttle Schedule

- We will board 10 minutes prior to departure, provide a trail briefing, and leave.
- It is recommended you arrive at check-in a minimum of 30 minutes prior to these shuttle departure times.
- Please allow ample time for travel and parking.
Jim Thorpe – Lower Lehigh Gorge Trail
Check in at Pocono Biking Jim Thorpe and we’ll shuttle you and your bicycle to the Rockport Trailhead. Then enjoy a leisurely 15 mile bike ride on the Lower Gorge section of the D&L Trail back to your car.

White Haven – Upper Lehigh Gorge Trail
Trail News: The multi-million dollar White Haven trail expansion and enhancement projects are finally complete! The improvements are beautiful. This shuttle runs Weekends & Holidays May through October.
Check in at Pocono Biking White Haven and ride 10 miles of the Upper Gorge section of the D&L Trail at your own pace. Finish your bike ride in Rockport and catch the return shuttle back to your car.
